What is DAF Day Canada?

Generosity, in motion.

Canadians have already set aside more than $17 billion for charity through donor-advised funds. That's a remarkable act of generosity, and most of the country has never heard of it.

DAF Day exists to change that. Held every second Thursday in October, it's one day each year to celebrate DAF giving, spark new grants, and help every charity in Canada get ready to receive them.

It's a collective effort across donors, charities, advisors, and DAF providers. No registration, no cost, no gatekeepers. Just a sector moving with generosity, together.
